We started Nixa with a global ambition to change how companies recruit technical talent and to flip the whole model of recruitment. We aim to solve two of the most common challenges of tech recruitment - the unequal distribution of talent and the increasing time to hire across the globe.
Nixa.io is an automated and self-service platform that offers companies access to pre-vetted talents within 48 hours and that reduces time to hire down to two weeks only. We specialize in remote hiring to fill permanent needs, which is quite unique in Europe today. We are pioneers and thought leaders within the industry and are backed by industry experienced founders and investors. We’re today a team of 7 people working remotely (of course) across Europe.

To ensure that we continue to attract talent, grow the size of the talent pool and establish Nixa.io as a thought leader in the industry, we are now looking for a Marketing Specialist to head out the talent side of our platform.
Role Description:
As our Marketing Specialist on the talent side of our platform, you will work in a cross-functional role with our Talent and Marketing teams. You will be the person in charge of both talent acquisition through marketing initiatives and retention of our current pool through various activities such as communication, PR, events, advertisement, social media, content creation, demand generation, and lead generation. You will serve as the face of our company and be responsible for managing and handling communications with all new and existing candidates on our platform.
As our Marketing Specialist, your primary responsibilities will be:
Set, plan, and implement initiatives to nurture and grow our talent pool (SEO, Paid advertisement, social media campaigns, communication strategies, and events)
Research, develop and publish engaging content for our blog and social media accounts
Establish, develop and maintain extraordinary relationships with our talents and conduct user research when needed
Monitor, track, and report on marketing initiatives implemented
Organize and manage online events to boost brand awareness and retention
Coordinate initiatives and ideas with Marketing and Talent teams
Build relationships with potential candidates, industry professionals, influencers and thought leaders
Stay up-to-date on technology trends within the IT industry
Analyze web traffic and relevant community metrics
Attend conferences, networking events, or relevant industry workshops
As our Marketing Specialist (B2C), you will aim to achieve the following OKRs:
Simplify and clarify our approach, messaging, and overall presentation to increase conversion
Increase brand awareness in our core segments
Establish Nixa.io as a trusted partner and thought leader in the industry
But the most important of them all: Make Nixa.io the preferred platform for software engineers to find remote jobs.
