We’re looking for someone with 5+ years of industry front-end development experience, building, running, and debugging web applications using modern JS frameworks (React, Angular, Vue, etc). We are growing quickly and are hiring across several teams, including for Tech Lead roles.
You might work on
- How to enable domain experts to do root cause analysis, e.g. by building out powerful visualizations and enabling them to run complex calculations through a simple UI.
- Enabling our end users to make data-driven decisions based on real-time and historical data. One example of that is visualizing the output of data science models to help optimize production.
- Building out a new design system for use across all Cognite applications.
- Improving how we deploy and release our applications to production.
- Optimizing the performance of the application, so end users across the world have a smooth experience while working on large amounts of data.
- How we enable ourselves and our partners to build applications rapidly on top of Cognite Data Fusion, e.g. by building out components for shared problems like auth and I18N.
About you
- You care about building great user experiences, and you have an ability to work closely with product managers, designers and other developers to come up with ways to solve our users’ problems.
- You have a solid grasp of JavaScript and enjoy the benefits of TypeScript.
- You have 5+ years of industry front-end development experience, building, running, and debugging web applications using modern JS frameworks (React, Angular, Vue, etc).
- You show initiative beyond knocking tasks off a list; you’re able to identify and suggest areas of future work for yourself or your teams.
