At Cognite we want to make data do more, to help our customers to realize huge value from their data. Our teams are working on building the next generation industrial data ecosystem, including a data platform and applications. Our end users include domain experts, field workers, and analysts. We don’t build technology for technology’s sake, but rather to have an impact in the world’s most challenging industries. This requires close collaboration between engineering, product and design.
We’re looking for someone with 5+ years of industry full-stack development experience, building, running, and debugging web applications using modern stacks. We are growing quickly and are hiring across several teams, including for tech lead roles.
At Cognite we’re building a SaaS for the industrial world. We’re on a mission to digitalize the industry, in order to increase safety, improve sustainability, optimize efficiency, and drive revenue for our customers. We work with vast amounts of data, and our focus is on making it accessible, meaningful and actionable, enabling engineers to make better maintenance, production, and safety decisions.
Our people are our strength. We recruit from around the world, and our team is quite diverse because of it: We count over 50 nationalities throughout our three global locations. We are marathoners, skydivers, rock climbers, chess champions, and Ironmen. We are bookworms, artists, coffee snobs, and sock collectors. We are avid gamers, players of Pokemon, ballroom dancers, and gin connoisseurs. Over time you’ll come to learn what makes us each unique and what makes all of us Cogniters.
Cognite is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive environment at work and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. All qualified applicants will receive the same level of consideration for employment; everyone we hire will receive the same level of consideration for training, compensation, and promotion.
We ask for gender as part of our application because we want to ensure equal assessment in the recruitment process. Your answer will help us reach this commitment! However, the question about gender is optional and your choice not to answer will not affect the assessment of your application in any way.
Applications are welcome in either Norwegian or English.
