Who we are

DOF Subsea AS provides integrated project managed and engineered subsea solutions to the offshore oil and gas industry. Our core business is the execution of complex subsea operations, to depths of 3000 meters, using owned and operated world-class, purpose-built vessels.

We offer expertise, modern, high-specification assets and quality services. Our fleet stands at 27 vessels, has an average age of 6.5 years and is supported by 71 ROVs.

Corporate department in DOF Subsea
The Corporate department in DOF Subsea consists of more than 30 well educated and highly motivated employees, resulting in a positive, innovative, and enthusiastic work environment. Typical work tasks include both close-working, project teams and independent, day-to-day business operations. The Corporate department works closely with more than 40 regional units around the globe, all which report to the Corporate department. Together we are setting the standard in the subsea industry.

Requirements

  • Preferred MSc or equivalent within HR amp; organizational development, business administration or related field
  • 2-5 years of experience from high paced industry, preferrably international company,
  • Advanced Norwegian and English, verbal and written
  • Ability to effectively use, perform analysis and develop HR information systems (we use UBW HR)
  • Interest for digital HR tools and proficiency in MS office, recruitment amp; talent Management systems
  • Good HR generalist experience and ability to demonstrate functional excellence
  • Ability to develop and write formal standards and procedures

Responsibilities and tasks
  • Proactively provide HR support to Line Managers and local/International HR team
  • Manage and coordinate global People projects like employee survey, talent and organisational development initiatives
  • Actively support the development and execution of DOFs competence strategy
  • Actively develop, improve and implement people related practices and guidelines
  • Responsible for the onboarding amp; induction process, including induction programs
  • Superuser UBW - HR modules and for DOF Talent Management system
  • Superuser for InfoCaption creation and sharing of guidelines
  • Support recruitment, selection and training of staff to meet agreed business needs
  • Support social amp; welfare activities and employee relations
  • Stay updated on law and regulations within HR discipline
