Be Your Best is an exciting start-up developing and selling a unique 3D simulation software/SaaS platform for cognitive and mental performance and training of football players, the world largest sports market with 285 million licensed players globally. The product is cross-platform with VR and laptop versions ready, making it accessible for the entire market. The goal is to improve footballer's real performance on the field.
The concept is based on scientific research conducted by globally recognized Be Your Best co-founder and Professor, Geir Jordet (PhD sports psychology). Odd Skarheim, also founder of Attensi (www.attensi.com) the global leader in 3D gamified simulation training for large corporations, is the Be Your Best founder and chairman of the company. Be Your Best is looking at significant global scaling of our business, and is therefore looking for a sales and revenue driven VP Growth with the capability and drive to bring our company to the next level.
As VP Growth your responsibility is to create new and grow current revenue streams on a global scale. Hereunder, making sure that the company and the product are visible, available and value-creating for customers across the globe. This requires you to steer our marketing and sales activities as well as ensuring streamlined customer channels, ultimately attaining and retaining customers. We are looking for an individual with a commercial and analytical mindset, as well as experience in terms of data-driven and customer-centric product development and how to build a global B2C sales model.
