We are growing quickly and are in need of extraordinary talent, which is why we are currently looking for a Performance Marketing and SEO Specialist to help accelerate our growth.


The purpose of this position is to lead the planning, implementation, optimization, and reporting of performance marketing initiatives to drive traffic and maximize ROI across paid social channels. In addition, execute SEO/SEM activities in order to increase general visibility of FE on search engines, as well as optimise both our website and content in order to increase organic traffic and thought leadership. As FE’s Performance Marketing and SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of performance marketing across paid and organic social channels as well as the execution of our SEO strategy in collaboration with the Marketing Manager.


Responsibilities

  • End-to-end management of performance marketing across paid and organic social channels
  • Develop, A/B test, and optimize initiatives and campaigns across paid and organic social channels
  • Develop and manage digital prospecting and retargeting campaigns
  • Manage budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong ROI and efficient CAC
  • Ensure consistency and alignment in messaging across channels
  • Further develop and implement our SEO strategy
  • Organic search optimization with the end target of ROI maximization
  • Perform regular keyword research for the purpose of content optimization
  • Monitor redirects, CTR, time per session, bounce rate, and other crucial web vitals
  • Monitor SEO health of our website pages, while Identifying issues and deficiencies with the website or content and propose solutions for process and execution optimization
  • Track, report, and recommend on key performance indicators of channel, campaign, SEO, and funnel activity

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing or a related field
  • Prior experience in a similar role as well as experience in building effective multi-channel marketing strategies, including affiliate marketing, PPC, SEO, social media, and other digital channels
  • Solid expertise in campaign and channel analysis and reporting, including Google Analytics experience
  • Excellent analytical skills to leverage data, metric, analytics and consumer behavior trends to drive actionable insights and recommendations
  • Experience with A/B testing or other testing metrics and processes
  • Ability to take ownership of your tasks and work independently if required


Nice to have (but not necessary)

  • Experience working with freelancers or suppliers
  • Experience with HubSpot
  • Rudimentary skills and/or knowledge in web development (such as HTML or CSS)
