As we are continuously growing our customer base across Europe, we are currently looking for new?Norwegian-speaking?colleague to join our Oslo based Sales Team as Marketing Development Representative (MDR).


As our new Marketing Development Representative (MDR), you will be part of a team of currently seven colleagues across Scandinavia and will be reporting to our MDR Team Lead. You will be responsible for contacting potential customers, who reach out to us over our marketing channels, qualify these leads and book in meetings with our Account Executive team.

Your main tasks will include:

  • Reaching 80 activities?(phone calls and e-mails) per day - including outbound phone calls to supplying your customer base
  • Delivering a minimum of 30 held customer meetings per month for our Account Executive team
  • Responding to incoming chat messages and phone calls of potential customers
  • Reviewing and qualifying incoming marketing leads
  • Holding qualification meetings with interested customers

Requirements

The MDR team is responsible for delivering qualified first demo appointments through a process of engagement, fact-finding and qualifying business pains and objectives that our Account Executive Team can sell to.

To be successful in this role, you should have?excellent communication skills and enjoy speaking?to new potential customers. Additionally, you should:

  • Be professionally?fluent in Norwegian (and ideally understand Swedish) as you will contact potential customers in both markets
  • Have a minimum of 6 months experience in a sales role, preferably in a SaaS company
  • Ideally have a?good understanding of standard sales tools, preferably Salesforce and Salesloft
  • Be able to?quickly understand customer needs?and how the company value proposition is situated within that context
  • Enjoy working with a?high activity level?and thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
