Kvant aims to become a preferred global recruitment and consulting agency, enabling businesses to reach targets by aligning their corporate- and talent strategy. We believe in increasing value for our clients by combining deep industry knowledge with a data driven and customer centric process. Kvant was launched in february 2020 and have since then experienced rapid growth and are currently working with several exciting clients, ranging from tech startups to large international corporations. Our main focus is within finance, business development and strategy, and we consider it our mission to help our clients build great teams with the right talent for their purpose.
The Kvant team started with two former management consultants that have succeeded in several roles in the corporate world. Using their domain knowledge and best practices from consulting, we are creating a game changing business that aims to become a household name among consultants and large corporations within a short timeframe. We are in our 2nd year of operations and are already experiencing a very positive market response to our offerings. This has already resulted in six new additions to the team in 2021, but the amount of projects entails a need for another superstar to join the Kvant family. We are thus now on the lookout for an exceptional individual to support us in creating a global recruitment and consulting agency.
As an intern you will work closely on day-to-day operations, as well as involvement in strategic core areas. You will experience a lot of learning, and it will be a top priority of ours to mentor you along the way and help you thrive and succeed.

Main tasks and responsibilities will include the following:
Purpose:
- Kick-start your career with us, and help build Kvant while enabling our clients to work better and smarter in building teams.
What you will be doing:
- Take an active role in our project teams
- Build a strong network of national and international candidates
- Manage candidate-portfolio and handle incoming applicants
- Distribute the job advertisement in relevant channels and networks
- Screen candidates and assist the team in interviews
- Coordinate interviews and final evaluations with candidates and clients
- Conduct reference checks
- Handle ongoing tasks on demand
What you will need:
- You are within the first year of a MSc in relevant fields
- Business acumen, proactiveness and result-orientation
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English AND Norwegian
- Outstanding stamina! A startup is a marathon, not a sprint
- Willingness to learn, execute and improve - every day
