The team
You will lead an ambitious and talented team of digital marketers passionate about driving accelerated engagement and growth from the global user base of Kahoot!.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high capacity team of world-class digital marketers.
- Lead the work driving online Kahoot! customer journeys and their ability to generate revenues growing +100% annually.
- Design and execute online marketing strategies and initiatives that continuously accelerate online traffic, paid customer acquisition, customer expansion and lead generation for sales.
- Lead our SEO, SEM and other other spread strategies and campaigns that deliver results both short, mid and long term.
- Propose, qualify and lead new initiatives with the potential to significantly expand growth opportunities
- Deliver consistency across the customer journeys in terms of communication and branding (storytelling).
- Own the online marketing toolbox to support high-volume, automation, data-driven and result-oriented online marketing efforts.
Requirements
- Master's degree within marketing, business administration, finance or similar
- Excellent communication skills, proficiency in English a must
- Analytical with a strong understanding of business, online marketing and commercialisation
- Proven ability to think strategically and execute methodically
- Proven experience with succeeding in online sales and implementing marketing automation strategies
- Great passion for technology and customer communication
- Demonstrated marketing project management experience
- High-capacity individual, working structured and self-driven
- 10+ years experience within marketing
- 3+ years experience responsible for marketing and online sales with proven results
- 3+ years of personal management experience including multidisciplinary and remote teams
