We have exciting times ahead. While growing and expanding our markets globally, we are scaling up and are looking for a Partnerships Manager Ecosystem and Strategic Partnerships. You will lead, execute and manage partner relationships, growing Planday’s ecosystem and strategic partners in the Nordics through facilitating technical integrations and driving adoption of these solutions via tailored go-to-market strategies.

Some of your main tasks will also include:

  • Working closely with Planday’s Global Partnerships team to support global projects and drive partnership initiatives
  • Managing, evaluating and prioritizing a pipeline of strategic opportunities with measurable milestones and KPIs
  • Developing success plans with each strategic partner with quarterly commitments
  • Negotiate and execute agreements with input from key internal stakeholders
  • Have accountability for execution of marketing plans and sales production resulting from strategic partnerships

Requirements

As our new Partnerships Manager, you should be open, friendly and engaging, as you will be the face of our company towards our partners in the Nordic region. Additionally, we would like you to:

  • Have a minimum of 4 years of experience from business development and/or partnerships roles in the technology industry, especially within B2B or B2B2C organizations
  • Be professionally fluent in English, as well as at least one of the Scandinavian languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian)
  • Possess commercial experience in planning, modelling, negotiating and contracting agreements with strategic partners
  • Have proven leadership skills, and experience working with global teams
  • Possess a strong understanding of cloud-native technologies and SaaS businesses, including how they can integrate to enhance customer experiences
  • Have the ability to work autonomously and thrive in a dynamic environment
