As a Business Analyst, you will be supporting improvements of business processes and drive solutions to solve our day-to-day challenges. You will turn business needs and ideas into IT requirements and work closely with IT solution architects to deliver value to the business. You will have a key role in our goal to consolidate our business in the Nordic region in the coming years. Key responsibilities
- Work closely with the business teams to analyse, review, and support the development of business processes and its commercial systems
- Translate business requirements to IT specifications
- Ensure business requirements are met and aligned with strategy
- Support the business in IT related questions
- Prioritize requirements based on business needs
- Participate in quality assurance and test the team's deliveries
Key requirements
- Several years of working experience as a business analyst or similar
- Strong analytical skills together with a pragmatic and solution-oriented mentality
- Good communicator and relationship builder
- Structured
- In-depth understanding of business processes and systems, preferably Salesforce
- Fluent in English and at least one more Nordic language
- Have a relevant academic degree
- Experience of an agile way of working and agile demanding work
- Based in the Nordic region
