Join us as our new Group Business Process Manager

We are looking for another member to join our Corporate Team: a working environment consisting of highly educated, skilled, positive, innovative and enthusiastic employees. Here you will lead business process improvement activities globally, through digitalization, using Artificial Intelligence, Machine learning and Robotic Process Automation.

Requirements

• MSc or equivalent in Business administration and/or Computer Science. Extensive experience will be considered in leu of formal qualifications.

• 5-7 years professional experience and a process development background
• You have good business acumen and business process expertise
• Experience in system design and development / configuration
• Database querying and data warehouse know-how
• A track record successfully managing ERP/HR projects
• System skills in Human Capital management systems (OCS HR, Unit4 BW preferred)
• You are Analytical and structured
• Fluent in English
• It will be favorable if you have work experience with HR and finance functions

Job description

Be a strategic partner in the DOF digitalization process - shaping DOF for the future. Manage a highly capable global team that deliver services and support to a Global organization. Managing Business Processes daily work, maintenance, development, improvements, and deliverable of services towards applications such as UNIT4 BW, OCS HR, TM Marine and Identity Management among others. You will facilitate and support DOF Group on implementation of applications, integrations, interfaces, delegate authority, support and coordinate global and local projects.

Reporting directly to the CFO of the company.
