What you will really be doing
Creating remarkable software that our customers will love, using modern technologies.
Getting challenged with complex and interesting problems.
Work alongside Architects and DevOps Engineers on technical architecture, deployment/pipelines, and infrastructure.
Working within a product team, alongside other developers, UX Designers, functional architects and SME’s.
Keep your eyes and ears open for ways we can further streamline our innovation process.
Contribute to shaping the culture and methodology of a growing software house.
How will you be doing this
- You’re part of an agile, multidisciplinary team. You bring your own unique skill set to the table and collaborate with kind colleagues to accomplish your goals.
- You prioritize your work with the team and its product owner, weighing both the business and technical value of each task.
- You don’t do things just because they were always done that way. You don’t ignore the lessons learned, however - even those learned by others.
- There’s no template for what we do. Your tools will be familiar, but as an Aizer you’ll be doing lots of firsts. So you need a coder’s brain and the heart of an explorer.

In our house, you will have the opportunity to work across different teams. But how we see it as one Product and multiple teams supporting it, eventually it’s one team.
Skills amp; Requirements
Even though we are developing a tool to collaborate digitally, it’s still evidently important to communicate verbally, therefore we do appreciate a high level of English skills. When it comes to tech here’s a rough overview of what technologies we use. We don’t expect you to be familiar with all these technologies.
As a ‘full-stacker’ as mentioned you will be expected to help build features using our Full tech stack as the job title suggests.
