THE ROLE
The HR Consultant 's will be responsible for a broad variety of HR operations as well as being the lead of HR projects which supports the overall aims of the company.
This includes mostly recruitment but also people operation projects and to be a valuable support for all personal administration. You will have the opportunity to partner with talented hiring teams to attract, assess and hire people who want to build the best product experience for our users and customers. You will report directly to the HR Director in Kahoot! Hopefully you are curious about your main duties by now, so let’s jump right to it.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Recruitment and Talent management
- Partner with hiring managers to assess talent needs and provide expertise and guidance around hiring plan
- Lead and coordinate international recruitment activities and hiring processes like writing job advertisement, screening applications, scheduling interviews, be in contact with candidates and coordinating the full hiring process with hiring teams
- Be the super user and our of LinkedIn Recruiter and our ATS
- Focus on providing a fantastic candidate experience at every opportunity, continuously looking for ways for us to do even better
- Manage internal referral program and promotion of internal job market
- Manage internal exchange programs
- HR Operations
- Time off management (sick leave, paid leave, vacation) reporting and follow up
- Personal administration
- Payroll input
- HR analytics as needed
- Onboarding
- Maintain internal HR systems up to date with all new hires information
- Follow up and plan onboarding activities
- HR projects
- Enhance and facilitate an engaging work environment
- Manage and run different HR projects
IS THIS YOU?
- Bachelor or Master degree in Human Resource or Business Administration with interest for People matters
- Minimum of 5 years working experience in the Human Resources field, with focus on recruitment and people operations
- Structured and organized
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
- Self-driven proactive at identifying and executing on opportunities
- Flexible, able to plan own work and deliver on deadlines
- Interested in figures and analytics
- Team player with ability to work in a distributed and international environment
- Great people skills, both on- and offline
- Positive and service-minded attitude
- You speak fluent Norwegian and English
