Kvant Consulting is a company that provides recruitment and consulting services within strategy, finance, commercial, and management consulting. Kvant was established in 2020 by two former management consultants, and we have since experienced immense growth. Today, our team consists of 14 ambitious and motivated employees that ensure high-quality service for our customers. As we face increased demand and aim to expand our business, we are looking for more highly talented employees to join our team.

You will work with some of the most exciting and renowned brands in Norway. You will lead projects from start to finish, working closely with client executives in order to structure and build teams, analyze competence requirements and lead recruitment processes. You are joining us at an early stage, and will therefore have great influence on our road ahead.

Tasks and responsibilities
- Own client relationships and develop accounts
- Advise client executives in recruitment and people oriented challenges
- Lead client projects end to end
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders in leading companies
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in a relevant subject area
- 3 years relevant experience (Management Consulting, Audit, trainee programs etc - project management and domain knowledge is more important than your title)
- Experience and competence within project management
- Strong communication skills, both written and orally
