Making dinner for 100 people, as opposed to a family of four, is not just about increasing the amounts of ingredients you use. You also need to streamline some processes, get better tools and align everyone working in the kitchen, or else you’ll end up with a giant mess
And we’re. not making dinner for 100 people - but we still need to streamline our processes, get better tools and keep our product teams aligned to make sure they operate as efficiently and smart as possible - so we can serve our growing customer base

What you really will be doing.
- Identify metrics, gather, organize, process, analyze and share product data to help our product managers make informed decisions
- Streamlining and formalizing communication processes between product teams and other areas of the organization
- Standardize product processes and tools for planning, delivery and reporting to facilitate product development
- Help teams with setting up roadmaps and reporting of progress
- Help manage and streamline customer feedback processes
- Setting up internal onboarding and training for product
In essence, you will be responsible for measuring the product development process and implementing the necessary changes to make it more effective!

- Ensure collaboration, involvement and communication across disciplines and teams
- Help strengthen a collaborative product culture
- Manage product tools to ensure effective work processes and smooth information flow
- Define metrics to measure and structure feedback from users
What we have worked on and where we are going
We have been busy setting up our product teams and the supporting roles to enable them to deliver best in class applications for the shift the heavy asset industry is going through. The next years will be all about building amazing applications that our users love, and that will impact an entire industry!
Team
You will be part of our product and design division, which currently houses around 30 amazing colleagues. Day-to-day you will be collaborating closely with all of our product teams and people from all other departments.

- You have experience as a Product Manager, working across and aligning multiple teams
- You have experience with different agile frameworks and can make your own opinion about them and how to implement it in different situations
- You’re a problem solver, and always in search for the best solution
- You’re able to handle ambiguity and changes
- You’re able to structure, analyze and communicate data/ information to prioritize actions and enable decision making
- You take initiative and are information seeking
