DOF Subsea Norway is looking for a Cost Controller and a Junior Cost Controller to join our Finance team. Here you will be part of an international environment with exciting and challenging tasks. Cost Controller tasks

  • Keep Project Master File (in Agresso) updated on assigned project
  • Client invoicing and reporting
  • Cash collection
  • Cost control and project allocation of supplier invoices
  • Completion of budgets, as-sold budgets, project budgets and forecasts on assigned projects
  • Period closing of projects (e.g. project accruals, control of project hours and costs, revenue)
  • Internal financial and project reporting

Requirements

  • 2-4 year university degree in Business administration or Finance (Experience can compensate for lack of formal competence)
  • For the Cost Controller position you have 2-3 years experience with cost controlling
  • For the Junior Cost Controller position you have 0-2 years of experience with cost controlling
  • Experience in financial analysis and reporting
  • Excellent skills in Excel
  • Good skills in Agresso/UBW is an advantage
  • Fluent Norwegian and English both verbal and written
  • Good communication skills
  • The position is located in Bergen, Norway
