Cost Controller tasks
- Keep Project Master File (in Agresso) updated on assigned project
- Client invoicing and reporting
- Cash collection
- Cost control and project allocation of supplier invoices
- Completion of budgets, as-sold budgets, project budgets and forecasts on assigned projects
- Period closing of projects (e.g. project accruals, control of project hours and costs, revenue)
- Internal financial and project reporting
Requirements
- 2-4 year university degree in Business administration or Finance (Experience can compensate for lack of formal competence)
- For the Cost Controller position you have 2-3 years experience with cost controlling
- For the Junior Cost Controller position you have 0-2 years of experience with cost controlling
- Experience in financial analysis and reporting
- Excellent skills in Excel
- Good skills in Agresso/UBW is an advantage
- Fluent Norwegian and English both verbal and written
- Good communication skills
- The position is located in Bergen, Norway
