Coop - Backend Developer Business Intelligence

If so, we have an open position for a Backend Developer in the Business Intelligence team! We have noticed that more and more of our customers need our data and that we have to think anew by offering data as a product and using different platforms to succeed.

• We are looking for someone who wants to help build the reporting and analysis platform of the future and who is open to new and unconventional thinking. We must be able to share our data via existing and new technology. You must enjoy working with customers and you will be central to discussions/consultations.
• You will work with development within Business Intelligence, with a focus on the backend in SAP Business Warehouse, SAP CAR, and SAP SLT. At the same time, we will develop together towards more cloud-based services with associated tools.
• Software engineer/BI Developer with 3+ years of experience designing and developing software solutions
• Important to note! If you do not know all the SAP technologies above, do not worry, we will be happy to share our knowledge!

• You have relevant experience from SAP Business Warehouse, HANA Studio, or other reporting surfaces.
• You have strong analytical skills and a good mathematical understanding.
• You have some experience with HANA/ABAP/SQL/Cloud competence.
• You dare to take the initiative for better solutions, and you are not afraid to think outside the box.

• The ability to communicate well with both technologists and non-technologists, in both Norwegian and English
• Relevant, higher education. Relevant experience can compensate for this requirement.

Coop Norge develops, implements, and supports Coop's IT systems on behalf of the business functions at Coop. The department Digitalisering amp; Teknologi coordinates all contact with the company's IT suppliers and partners. We have a lot of in-house expertise and 200 permanent employees. Central system solutions include SAP in most core and support processes, Microsoft office support platform, and EG Norge as a store data platform.
