We are recruiting a detail oriented, dynamic, energetic, and creative Marketing Associate to support Digital Marketing activities and Operations, to be based in Oslo. You will work as part of the marketing and communications team, supporting all Digital Marketing activities, including execution and analysis of successful SEO campaigns delivering results that drive knowledge and brand awareness and support business growth as well as optimizing our martech stack and operational practices and processes. You will also be critical to the success of our daily marketing operations. This role will be integral to the global Marketing team and collaborate closely across various disciplines.
Reporting to the Senior Digital Marketing Manager, the ideal candidate will collaborate with relevant teams and have a background in digital marketing, including SEO as well as a solid skillset working with various tools and platforms. A successful candidate will have a background in marketing, digital marketing or communications.
Job Description
- Support and deliver on Digital Marketing activities and campaigns
- Execute and support on daily marketing operations
- Manage and execute successful SEO campaigns
- Conduct keyword research to guide content teams
- Review technical SEO issues and recommend fixes
- Support off-page optimization projects (e.g. link-building amp; technical website aspects)
- Collect data and report on traffic, rankings and other SEO aspects
- Be the champion of our marketing automation tool - Maintain the tool’s performance including troubleshooting and support the team in creating related marketing assets
- Support the team on strategy, execution and reporting of lead generation and nurturing
- Providing support to the team with ad hoc analysis and/or the underlying data as needed
- Support the team in reviewing marketing processes and updating guidelines to improve campaign efficiency
- Learning other marketing tools in place to act as backup on various systems as needed
- Willing to collaborate across time zones (EMEA, AMERICAS, APAC)
Job Requirements
- Bachelor/Master’s degree in a relevant subject, such as public marketing, digital marketing or communications
- Proven 1-2 years of relevant work experience
- Hands on experience with Digital Marketing
- Knowledge of and experience with standard and current SEO practices
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
- Experience with SEO reporting
- Familiarity with relevant tools like LinkedIn Campaign Manager, SEMrush etc.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics (tracking website activity)
- Good communication skills
- Analytical mindset with numerical aptitude
- Experience with marketing automation is essential
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Good understanding of a B2B business is a plus
- English fluency required
