What you will really be doing...
Contributing to and setting standards for how testing can be done in Aize
Working through design specifications and requirements to write detailed and comprehensive test cases
Collaborating with team members on testing activities and estimation for test efforts
Use excellent troubleshooting skills to find, report, and track bugs
Participate in shaping the product you are working on
Help shape the culture and methodology of a growing Software House.
How will you be doing this:
- Working closely with the Development team to ensure robust code quality with rigorous testing
- Write and maintain automation scripts to validate end to end test scenarios
- Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
- Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies
- Be part of an autonomous cross-functional team

We contributed towards product/feature releases while performing functional testing as well as automated e2e that run during builds.

Our teams are cross functional and multidisciplinary - and even though you will be working in one product team with its responsibility for a feature, everything at Aize is so connected that you will essentially be involved in the development of the entire product.
Who we think you are
We value individual experiences and strive to have diverse teams in terms of knowledge and experiences. However, we have made up some thoughts on what experiences would be beneficial for the person who would take on this position. We, therefore, think that this might be you:
- 3+ years experience with Test Automation with either cypress, selenium, or equivalent
- Experience with improving test policies and procedures from previous roles
- Experience with Implementing or improving test architecture in new or existing systems repositories
- Experience in setting up a Test Automation Framework
- Agile experience in the end-to-end test cycle.
- Performance and/or Security testing experience is a plus
- Good communication skills
- Passion for testing
