What you tell your friends...
"I’m effectively the gatekeeper for software development and deployment - making sure there aren’t any issues or bugs in our product before it hits the end-users. It’s my job to design and implement the tests needed to make sure that the quality is there at every stage of what we produce."
What you will really be doing...
Contributing to and setting standards for how testing can be done in Aize
Working through design specifications and requirements to write detailed and comprehensive test cases
Collaborating with team members on testing activities and estimation for test efforts
Use excellent troubleshooting skills to find, report, and track bugs
Participate in shaping the product you are working on
Help shape the culture and methodology of a growing Software House.
How will you be doing this:
What we have worked on last quarter
We contributed towards product/feature releases while performing functional testing as well as automated e2e that run during builds.
Team
Our teams are cross functional and multidisciplinary - and even though you will be working in one product team with its responsibility for a feature, everything at Aize is so connected that you will essentially be involved in the development of the entire product.
Who we think you are
We value individual experiences and strive to have diverse teams in terms of knowledge and experiences. However, we have made up some thoughts on what experiences would be beneficial for the person who would take on this position. We, therefore, think that this might be you:
