You will be crucial to the growth of this already successful organisation. You will be looking after the Norwegian organisations, so one key point is, you must be based in Norway. For your position we have a flexible office solution. You can work from home, get a space at our Norwegian HQ or work together with our growing team in a co-working space. For that, you need to be someone who thrives in a team but is also able to work independently.

Constantly look at new customer business through networking, meetings and generating leads into new customers. We use the word passion a lot at Vignita but it is key, passion for new business, passion for building trusted relationships and passion for the end result for the client that leads to success.

You will work with the accounts that are already existing and be part of their solution, through listening, caring, questioning and providing the right package for them.

• The bit we all have to do! Make sure that we keep to the KPIs.
• Always be suggesting new ways of how to improve sales performance and where you think we need to grow

Requirements

• Experience in holding commercial positions within sales or marketing from FMCG, Industry, Tech or Consulting sectors is a must.
• Of course it is important that you are a trusted sales person, and your negotiation skills should be collaborative. Understanding of Enterprise sales experience is not a must but would be beneficial to understand the markets we work in.
• Given we are fast-paced it would help you that you have worked in that environment. So being proactive is key and waiting for it all to happen around you won’t work for us.
