We have ambitious plans to expand our business and want to strengthen our team with a Principal Consultant in Oslo who can lead projects that help some of the world's most important leaders and businesses reinvent the way they grow.
What will you do?
- Leading projects that help some of the world’s most important leaders and businesses reinvent the way they grow.
- Work on developing and designing inspiring programs and leading high calibre teams to deliver them, from conception to implementation.
- Work alongside other Principal Consultants, with our Consultant community and in close collaboration with our leadership team to drive delivery excellence and identify, create, and shape new opportunities for impact, and continue to drive our strong relationships with our global client base.
- Help us build Xynteo, our knowledge and our methods.
- Contribute to the development of our teams to further help our clients create value and increase their impact.
Who are you?
- First and foremost, we hope that you share our passion for sustainability
- You have 8+ years experience within the private sector, ideally a few years as a consultant, but also a plus if you have experience from corporate strategy, impact or finance
- You have strong facilitation skills, business acumen, an analytical toolkit, strong project management skills and experience leading teams
- You are a teamplayer and have the ability to work both independently and in teams
- Strong communication skills
- It will be an advantage if you have experience working with multinational companies, the public sector, policy makers, NGOs, or social enterprises
