IndyKite, a norwegian start-up with a global footprint, is building a new paradigm of digital identity solutions, based on a model that solves all kinds of identities and the many ways they interact with and inform each other. Identity is the inherent mechanism to enable, secure, and prove trust. IndyKite is growing and building quickly and need skilled, creative and excellent team members to help us achieve the ambitious goals.
As of today we are a team of 59 colleagues from different countries, passionate about building the identity layer for Web 3.0, with solutions that manage human, IoT, and machine identity, offering more secure, more private, and frictionless controls.
IndyKite is founded by serial entrepreneur Lasse Andresen, a 20+ year digital identity veteran. Of recent experience, Lasse founded ForgeRock in 2010 and held the role of CEO until 2019. ForgeRock was listed through an IPO in 2021 and has a market cap of 1.82 BUSD as of today.

Indykite is a high growth company in an exciting phase; we are landing our first big customers and subsequently expanding our products. Combined with an ever increasing organization across the globe, this entails greater complexity in the finance function and the need to build solid processes and ways of working. Furthermore, our ambitious growth plans to ultimately become a tech-unicorn requires a finance team that builds a world class function supporting our growth. To make this possible, we are now looking for a finance manager / business controller to take a leading role in our team.
As our finance manager you will first and foremost be the 2’nd in command to our head of finance and support in everything pertaining to finance (and beyond). In a start-up there are many immediate needs to be addressed, while at the same time planning forward and building for the future. From the get go the role is responsible for most of the norwegian operation, doing everything from ensuring our statutory accounts to controlling, building processes and systems, and keeping a stern eye on our cash flow modelling. With time we foresee that responsibilities may grow rapidly, and it is therefore paramount that you thrive in change while remaining dedicated to structure and detail.
Our ideal candidate is an experienced professional with a solid understanding of financial accounting and controlling, with excellent analytical abilities and a forward looking mindset. Responsibilities amp; tasks
- Financial controlling and reporting for our norwegian entity, including monthly reporting.
- Continuously building, developing and improving our finance function
- Analyses, including cash flow modelling and forward looking statements
- Supporting CFO in other finance-related activities and projects
Qualifications:
- MSc in Business/Finance/ Accounting or other relevant discipline from a leading institution with solid results
- 4+ years of relevant experience within Finance, Consulting, Audit or Business Controlling from a leading environment
- Strong Excel and quantitative skills
- Solid understanding of financial accounting
- Ability and motivation to learn and grow as a professional
